My father bought a bed at you store located in tsakane, Ekhuruleni on Monday 15 April 2013. he was promised that the bed would be delivered that same day, which it wasn't nor was he contacted on Tuesday he went to esquire and was told that the bed was water damaged and that he should select another one, he did so but still the bed was not delivered and again was not contacted. On Wednesday i went to the store on behalf of my father, i was met by the sales lady who had helped him, she took me to the store manager, Priscilla who was gave her an attitude and her asked the sales lady why she had brought me to her, in a rude manner. the manager was not helpful at all. The sales lady offered to go to the store room to check if there was an available bed and when he go back she told us there was no bed available. we requested a refund but again the manger who looked like she didn't want to work told us the store had no money and we would only get a refund if and when there is available money. My father went again on Thursday afternoon and was informed that there was only R1000 available.

its seems like the manager is making her problem my fathers. he just wants his money back
