Around 6pm today 31/01/2014 I placed an order for collection. I didn't want to wait when I got to ormonde. On mi arrival at Debonairs ormonde I was told my order was delivered to mi house I asked the lady as to how come my order was delivered because I said I will collect she said it was a mistake she immediately tried to get hold of the delivery guy with no luck I was asked if the's someone in mi house I said yes but what about the money she said you can pay here well I said i need to be sure if the pizza was delivered. The lady called mi house to confirm yes i then paid. When I got home my niece told me he also paid. Immediately alerted the store about the double payment they confirmed the receipt of money and I was told they will send the delivery guy with the money that was around 18:50, around 19:20 the lady called asking if I got mi money I said no. 19:45 I called the store I was told the driver will come, 20:45 I called I demanded my money I was told about the driver who can't b trusted I demanded to speak the manager but I was told he went for the prayer I told the lady it's going to be ugly if I were to come to the store they waisted my time. 21:00 the guy knocks at my doo
