Somebody phoned our company asking if we will try out the cartridges. So we said we will. About a week or 2 back they called again and said they are sending more cartridges that's part of the package. Seeing that we paid already, asked if we will pay again? The person told me that they will send the invoice again assuming that it will be the one we already paid we said it is fine. Now we have to pay again? For something we didn't order. We want to return the cartridges but nobody wants to assist. This was misleading. We do NOT want anything from Viatek again. We want a refund. The client is always right.
