WHERE IS MY MONEY?

I entered Debt Counselling in June 2008. I have been paying my Checkers Store Card since. I phoned Munnich Attorneys to get an outstanding balance and they informed me my debt was written off the August 2009. I have contacted Tracey Sonickson at FNB and she cannot assist me. I contact my own bank (Nedbank) who sent me all the proof of payments for the past 5 years.

Tracey sent me to Checkers for a refund. What now?
