They send you cartridges to "try" out, then they phone you within a month saying that you have to take a certain amount, for instance 20 of HP Cartridges, but they never tell you that you have to take 20 in the beginning, and not just one. Then they send an order and phone every 5 min to check that you sign it and send it back. Even when I arranged with them to take other cartridges instead to complete the order, which they agreed to over the phone, they still keep sending orders demanding that you take them because you "agreed" to take it. Then they tell you all sorts of and threaten to blacklist you if you do not take it. They put nothing of this on paper, even if you ask them to and their calls are not recorded.
