Paying for their "mistake"

I received a call in August this year with Viatek offering their cartridge special and I only ordered one cartridge from them to try out, which at the time I was told was acceptable. I get a call yesterday saying that they do apologise but they messed up our order and have placed two cartridges on back order. After a 30min argument over the phone, where I feel I was forced into a corner, they said they would send the cartridge. I told them not to send as we didn't order. I feel that this company is here just to make a quick buck! I will definitely not be ordering anything again from them or recommending to others. What a and they make you feel like you are in the wrong and have to pay for their mistakes.
