We were approached by Mycom to order printer cartridges from them. Unfortunately we did not realize that it would be a batch of 12 cartridges.
We accepted the fact that we were to pay for them but asked the seller to confirm in writing that we would not be getting any more of these cartridges.
In the email sent to us we were promised that they would confirm this in writing and we never received this.
I have all the emails but as yet not the one I want which states that my account is closed and there will be no more cartridges sent to us.
Please help.
