About 6 months i got a call from Charmaine about supplying ink cartridges, at the time i said yes to only 6!!! Paid the invoice first time round. Then month by month we kept receiving cartridges. We phoned and got told they were in training and refused to take back the order. We asked for a voice recording that i indeed said i wanted a recurring order... this obviously did not happen. The more we phoned the more we got told that they will not take the cartridges back. Worst of all the ink cartridges the 2nd and 3rd time were not the ones for our printers. So they completely useless to us. We now sitting with a R17 500 invoice and have phoned about 10 times!!! To make things worse they will pester you about 8-10 times a day til you pay. We refuse to pay and have told them numerous times to STOP sending which they have failed to listen to. Please can someone do something and stop this devious company!!! Carte Blanche?
