The company that owns PSI is Market Traders International. We ordered new printer cartridges over the phone from the above company. They not only supplied us with knock off cartridges when we thought that we were getting original cartridges, but their prices are ridiculously inflated too. All that we could put down to carelessness on our part and not to do it again, but now we can't get rid of them.
They keep on phoning us and saying that the first set of cartridges were only half of our order and that they have sent the 'second half' and that we have to pay again. We haven't picked up the second parcel from the post office, but they say they have proof of delivery and that we must pay them. We have asked them to provide proof that we agreed to the second set of cartridges.
Now I have started checking up on them and I see that they have been doing this for years and that Carte Blanche has covered their twice. I see that they have a similar using cleaning products and another 'Trading As' name.
Does anybody know a way to stop them?
