After writing a report the branch manager called me saying he can't do anything and even accused me of bathing with my laptop.what could be worse than such rude words coming from a so called manager.they gave me a laptop after fixing with a 3 months guarantee and indicated that mother body has been replaced yet the manager claimed it was not opened.this is day light from such a reputable supplier.its like there is no management and no one cares to listen and assist clients wat happened to customer care I dnt know because hi fi has really proved that they don't care about post purchase satisfaction.
