Am paying for Laptop that is in their "warehouse"

I took a laptop contract with them inside Look & Listen. Tyson didn't tell me about the connection fee and I was not happy about the amount of data I will be getting. I didn't like the laptop when he opened the box he then told me that I can take it and return it within 7days. I took it n still I didn't like it then returned it in that 7days. He took it back and said he will return it to warehouse. To my suprise I was billed and I went to the shop and he promised to sort it out then he did nothing. That's when I called his manager Salome, she took my details but still nothing happened. I called customer care and spoke to palesa she was going all out to assist me and said tyson must refund me. He didn't I reversed the debit order becouse I wanted my money. The next month I was billed R822 for what I don't know. I went to ask him he was still not helpfull. This thing is ruining my credit record and I want my money. He said he will return the laptop or I will pay the cancelation fees that he didn't tell me about from da begining. I have spent a lot of my airtime calling them and I don't want anything to do with them. Am tired of fighting.
