SPENDING R121 000.00 AND NO SERVICE

Makro Woodmead issued vouchers which were a mess to start off with. We then drove all the way back to Woodmead to sort out the mess and insisted on 166 vouchers to be reissued. It was promised by Lindiwe that the vouchers would be activated in 5 minutes. It is now more than 24 hours after Lindiwe gave us the vouchers and our staff are now going to the Makro stores only to find out that the card balances are reflecting as a zero balance. How embarrassing is this!!!
When contacting Lindiwe she said she would have to refer to her account manager. Only never to be heard from again. It has now effectively been 1 hour trying to get hold of any person at Woodmead Makro on the phone. Really? You have our money, where is our service???

I expect a response before close of business 04 December 2013.
