I WENT 2U'R RAGE AT MAPONYA MALL BOUGHT A SANDAL BY ME TOO THE LADYY THAT SERVERED ME WAS PREGNAT, TODAY I PHONED THEM ON 011 938 3390 THE LINE TRANG THEN ENGAGED TONE, I OHONED MAPONYA CENTRE MANAGER THEY SAID THEY ONLY HAVE THAT NUMBER, I ASKED MY COUSIN AS SHE WAS GOING TO MAPONYA TO ASK THEM IF THEY HAVE A SIZE 6 OR 4 IN THE DIFFERENT COULOUR, THE SAME LADY THAT HELPED ME TOLD HER, SHE DON'T HAVE AND I ASKED HER TO ASH HER IF THEY CAN DO A BRANCH LOOK UP FOR ME SHE SAID THEY CAN'T DO IT, I MUST GO TO ANOTHER RAGE AS THEY DON'T HAVE THAT SYSTEM OR THEY HAVE TO SENT AN EMAIL AND IS TIME CONSUMING AS THEY ARE BUSY AND IS TOWARDS XMAS TYM. I PHONED YOUR JABULAMI STORE SPOKE TO LINDIWE MASEKO, SHE SAID I CAN SEND HER THE PICTURE OF THE SANDAL ON [Email Removed] I DID THAT AND SHE SAID SHE DID NOT RECEIVE MY EMAIL, I ASKED HER IF I CAN SEND IT TO HER CELL SHE GAVE ME AN 071 BUT HER LINE KEPT ON CUTTING, I PHN HER OVER AND OVER LEFT MESSAGES FOR HER AND SHE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. EVENTUALY WHEN I GOT HOLD OF HER SHE TOLD ME THEY ARE BUSY AND DON'T HAVE TIME TO CHECK FOR ME AS THEY STORE IS FULL, I ASKED THAT I'M ASLO A PAYING CUSTOMER AND SHE SAID NO PHOTO NO HELP
