I bought the boots june 25 for my baby and because i dont stay with my baby i only see her once a month.when i final fit her it was small and i had to take it back and i could swap it or take onother one cause i wasnt sure about her size so i wanted them to credit it in then al but for her when she is there so she can fit in store.i work frm monday to saturday and i dont get chance or time to go to shops unless i go late around 6 to 7pm then i get off at maponya.when i went to return the shoe they told me that they need to call their head office during the day and they cant get hold of anyone late.i ask them if i can leave a receipt and a shoe thne they can call during the day .they agree, i left the shoes the whole of last week at the shop and i couldnt go because i was arraiving late after 7 and i final went there yesterday and i was given back the shoe and i was told that they need to make a call while i was there.i was so off thinking the time i spend and the money busy going to the shop and not being assisted.they want me to take another shoe then they can assist me but they cant take it back .i am force now to buy even when i dont want too.then its a problem to retu
