I bought a pair of boots from Rage, however I asked for a size 5 which was recorded on the slip etc, howver upon wearng them I relaised they were a size 4, I very politely the conatcted the head office and dealt witha lady called Lara... after almost a month of stringing me alsong that she was trying to locate a size etc, ..my frusartions grew, I then called their offices and spoke to a very abrupt, unfriendly lady called Doret who kept making exuses that she wa erciving the end of all of this as Lara no longer worked thee etc, she would get back to me day after day, still no response, and each day, she was so busy she did not get a chance... evetually she tells me tpo go to the store and return it, which I do. BUT then at the store they say to me the code does not match the shoe, now how in the world is this my problem as you have been stringling along my query fora lmost 4-54 months, they call DSoret from the stire and her very pronpt and effiecnt reponse, SHE WILL INVESTIGATE!!! after sending me to the store, I then speak to a lady called Verushkas who says I msut email a pic to her director Karen who will TRY to help me, Having just dealt with 2 of these ladies rep
