I am a huge fan of MR Price home - so imagine how excited I was when you opened a online store! Unfortunately, it has not been the experience I hoped it would be. After paying through my ears for express delivery (R99) to have it delivered to me in 1-3 days as stated on your website, it seems I will only be receiving my parcel tomorrow... a.k.a the 5th day.
Your shipping charges are quite steep compared to other online retailers, to not deliver on time is unacceptable. I could have paid half the price to have it delivered in 3-5days. It is pathetic, and I would like a refund on my shipping charges.
