I made an online purchase on Thursday 30/5 for some clothing on Mr Price's website but when completing the the shipping details with my address, the system did not recognize it with my Suburb and suggested an identical address without the suburb specified. I then received an email on Friday afternoon which I only opened on Saturday telling that I gave incomplete shipping info and they need my suburb in order to process my order. Needless to say I was furious at the fact that I now had to wait until next week to receive my clothes. Its odd that they needed to confirm the suburb as I live not far from Cape Town CBD and did confirm my postcode as well, aside form the fact that the system didnt allow me to add this. The most frustrating thing is that I didnt receive a call when they needed to update my address for goods and delivery charges that I'd already paid for. I emailed back but eventually had to call customer services today (Monday 4pm) as I didnt get a response or update from them. I'm now told that my order only got processed today and I'll only receive my goods tomorrow. This is the second time, the first order was the wrong sizes so I had to go to the store to que
