It is unacceptable that for seven days my parcel 241565841 has the same status. I paid an inordinate amount for express shipping, my parcel was shipped on 11 November, today is 20 November. DHL delivers in 3 days, what is taking you so long? Someone called yesterday and missed me, I called back and DHL always takes the info and sends customs invoice, only TNT isn't able to do that. They said someone would call back. It's unacceptable. NEVER EVER TNT again!!!
