Hi I placed a order with an online store on the 04/09/13 and asked choose express delivery. Till date i have not received my parcel and had no contact from DHL. I called the customer service yesterday and they could said that i must contact SAPO as that is not they tracking no. Previous to ordering my stuff i called DHL spoke to five different people with regard to prices and all gave me different rates. Lastly spoke to a guy by the name of Owen who gave me a price. Yesterday i tried to track the parcel on their website and the website was offline for the entire day. I called customer service spoke to three different people no one could help me. I asked for the customs manager and held for fifteen minutes and no answer eventually put the phone down. i have paid for express delivery and my stuff has not been delivered neither have i been contacted. You are dealing with worldwide companies and this is the service that you offer which is disgusting, Does customers need to chase after you??? Disgusted service. i would like a refund on my shipping fees as this is not acceptable and my parcel is still not here!!! Pathetic service from your company.
