Refusing to close my account

I had opened an account while I was a student, I couldn't pay it until I was handed over. I got a job this year and settled the account in full, now I'm trying to close the account and Jet employees are sending me from one branch to another, telling me about more money that I owe of which I don't know. I really don't know what to do, I need to close this account before they charge me even more. Help me
