Friday, 29 November, my sister and I went to Truworths in the Hermanus mall to return a dress - with a bit of a fix. She bought a dress the previous Saturday and had lost the receipt as well as took off the tags. It was with a great attitude that Carmen and Taylor both went out of their way to be able to assist us! It was a real pleasure to deal with both of these exceptional young ladies! 5 Star Service!!
