I was at truworths in cavendish last week saturday to return a dress I bought.(Fitted on and had dress kept aside before purchasing). Once it was bought, it stayed in the packet as I had bought it as a back up dress incase I don't find something else for an event in Dec. I had fitted it on in store so didn't need to do so when I got home. I returned it after 3weeks as I found something else, however when I took it back, there was a mark on the dress, and I never checked the dress when it was bought. The area manager, Tasneem made a huge scene and insinuated that 1, I wore the dress and 2, took the tags off and reapplied them. She said that all her staff check each garment before packing it in the packet, but while I was standing there, not one of her staff checked the garments that the other customers had just bought. When I mentioned to her, she walked off and left the cashier to attend to me. She was also very unprofessional as she didn't call me aside to sort out the matter, but instead did so infront of all the customers. This is extremely bad service. I contacted head office to follow up and was told tht they found a hair on the dress. This could be anyones, from anywhere. Need answers!!!
