Bought my wife a R650 handbag she had it 16 days and the shoulder strap tore out of the side of the handbag.
i didnt keep the slip and now that i would like to return it for a new one no one seem to want to help me because i dont have the slip.
They told me that if i can give them proof of payment i would be able to return it but it was a cash purchase so there is no proof. The system at the store do have history of a R650 handbag that was bought the 13 Nov when i bought it but that apparently is not enough.
i do get it that the slip is vital for a return. but i did not expect such bad quality product form forever new actually it is quite ironic "forever new" because i have bought things from china town that lasted longer than 13 day for much much less money.
my wife and i will never buy there again.
