On 25Nov my mom returned goods I bought via credit card. They told her they can't give her the money, they have to reverse it on credit card. She did not know of better, and they gave her a gift card, I did not want. My wife phoned again, explained the problem, and was told she can bring the gift card, and credit card, and they will reverse it. As I wanted my money back not a gift card. This costing me time, and fuel being wasted.
Friday my wife was there, spoke to Francois (manager) and explained, and he says no they can't reverse it. Again my problem. As she is walking out, he screams in front of clients: She can't sign on her mother in laws credit card, And my wife said, it's her husbands not mother in laws. (This was for reversal not purchase) he screams: it's against the law to sign on someone else's card, and she want to commit, and she is a criminal. This from your manager? I tried phoning, but he did not want to speak to me. Now I want this manager reprimanded, and he must not phone me with an excuse, he had a chance. I want to hear from someone higher than him. And I want to see that action is taken, or I will take this to Social Media. I will tarnish the stores reputation. I am furious
