Wanted to use a gift card on 28/3/2013. Gift card was not cashed for my benefit and full amount was taken off my credit card. I only realised this when leaving the shop. When confronting the store manager and the regional manager on the phone they refused to give a refund (in any form). So now I sit with R 300 less in my bank account and without a gift voucher!!! They told me to only come back some time in the next week for it to be sorted. I don't stay close by. Will never return to Musica again.
