Bad Service and Gift Card Inefficiency

Good Afternoon,

I gave my sister a Gift Card to purchase an item at Queenspark and she chose he Waterfront to make her purchase. She went to the till with her items and used the Gift Card and the till operator told her the credit on the Gift Card is zero and she can't purchase the item.

She had the receipt with the value on it and the Till Operator still refused to follow up and enquire what could be the problem. She stood there embarrassed. Today I went into your tygervalley store to resolve the problem and when the card was swiped there was credit on he gift card.

My sister is visiting from the UK and stated she has never received such bad service and especially if the staff in he branch are uneducated to help clients and go the extra mile.

I'm really disappointed and will never buy from your Organisation ever again!!
