No stock of advertised goods

I have been to 3 branches and none of them have stock of advertised goods that appear on the American Swiss website. I saw a tanzanite bracelet for R3999 and I thought that it would be a good Christmas gift for my wife. I have been to the Fourways Mall, Sandton City and Rosebank branches and none of them have stock. At least the sales assistant at Rosebank told me that these items are not sold out but that instead they did not receive stock from Head Office. How can you advertise specials if you have not delivered stock to your branches. Is this just a gimmick to get people to go to your stores.
