Still showing in arrears

My Edgars account is paid up and closed in November 2012. When I applied for credit at x store they told me im in arrears with R1600 with Edgars. I emailed the Head office in Durban where a lady phoned me back telling me im not listed on itc. I mailed back again telling them its not Itc but XDS. No one seems to know who XDS is. Its been more than I week begging edgars to clear my name and no one seems to bother to give feedback. Ive contacted XDS myself and logged a dispute but it takes 20 working days. Im very disappointed in Customer service who never logged a call after ive used up all my airtime to phone them and beg them to rectify their mistake and people from Durban headoffice who totally ignored my second email. I will never buy anything from Edgars they are never minded and give poor, pathetic service. All I want is just my name to be cleared from XDS. I phoned today again and Uthlathla logged a call telling me it takes two weeks to resolved the issue. WHY must I wait so long for something that they never rectified.???
