No response from edgars since 23 March

Since my last complaint logged on 11 April, Ref# 1104130132/GO, Edgars has not resolved my dispute and I continue to be harassed and hounded by their call centrer people telling me my account is overdue!! Not only are the claremont store personnel lying to me (claiming my complaint has been logged) but Edgars head office is also giving me the run around, and in the process damaging my credit record by having me listed as a Slow payer with transunion.
