Paid my Edgars account and still on ITC after yea

I had an Edgars account and paid it in full in Aug 2012, and 3 months ago I saw that I was still listed on ITC for Edgars for Aug 2012, and, it was listed as a 30 days late payment! I phoned Edgars about 2 months ago and they said they will remove it. But upon checking today, I was still listed. How terrible is this service!
