Bought goods??? the value of 15 000 and having problems with the home theater and sealy bed when contacted them for repairs they don't return my calls and it was only purchased on the 18-12-2012 I feel like I'm getting robbed terrible services from Russels its like I'm getting robbed how can a well organisation make empty promises befor purchasing the goods after they got ur money they treat u like u a burden
