We bought a Sealy base and matress from Russels. The bed was 4 months old when we realized there was a problem with the base. We contacted the store which contacted Sealy, they then send someone out to come have a look and they said it was a factory fault the base is broken the store must replace it. It is almost a month later, the base has now arrived at the store 5 days ago and they claim they have no transport to deliver it! They must wait for their warehouse... REALLY!!! It is a furniture store with no transport? It was a cash sale, believe me they didn't have long stories when we purchased the bed cash, quick to take the money and do the deal, and now I'm sitting with a broken base that's basically brand new! My husband had a back operation that is why we decided to buy a new bed, now we have endless problems!
