Hi my name is Princess Qubu, I bought a whelsh dresser and side board @ Russels Prominade.it was Nov 2012 they delivered at eastern cape as our ageement, they deliver the whelsh dresser 1st so we ddnt open it bcos the was no sideboard, after 3dys they deliver the side board but the were not the same guys who deliverd the whelsh, my mom asked them 2 open the goods and put it 2getherbut they refused they said its not their job 2 put it, so when my mom open it she discovered that the glass was broken and the doors were unbalance, my mom called me immediately I contacted Russels the same day they phoned the warehouse and promise 2 look the problem, I keep on going @ Russels since November but they keep promising, in march they go in my home 2 check the goods, they promise 2 replace both whelsh and sideboard because the sideboard also had a huge of stretch because of that broken glass of whelsh, until now they didint came and replace it.
