First time they brought the lounge suite, it was damaged
Then they said to do a cancelation rewrite I went and did it, I included few other things after a week I phone and asked where's the rest of my goods then they said I must come do another rewrite it expired after 5days how can it expire when I came on the 1st day?? after that for 1week we were up n dwn they couldn't get it write I had told then the second longe suite was damaged aswell, uptil now everytime we go there they can't capture it, I am so dissapointed in russels, we bought cash before now we are buyn on HP and we get treatred like this, I get statementys for goods that I don't even hav!!! I'm so fad up I hate russels the worst service ever other places I went to didn't do this.its not worth it to be a loyal comer! I don't want to have anything to do with russels and the staff at russels are pethetic that last sarika phones and threatents me! they are in the wrong from the start and making it my problem, someone needs to call me so I can talk and tell them!
