Purchased TV and TV stand from Russels Randburg on 20.05.2013 and delivery was promised to be within the next 3-7 days. Goods were only delivered on 31.05.2103 of which the TV stand did not have the complete handles. have tried in vain ever since to have Russells deliver these handles for the tv stand to no luck!
i paid for delivery and expect these to be delivered to me.
worst experience from furniture retailer ever. I will not be purchasing anything from Russells in the future.
