Ok so I have purchased a game on 26/11/2013 1st email stated the delivery by 09/12/2013, yesterday I check progress it says 11/12/2013, called in and the lady confirmed that yes 11/12/2013 item will be delivered on that day as the supplier has the order. Today I get an email saying 20/12/2013, it is unacceptable as you have my money and item and taking your own sweet time to deliver, this is not on, I have cancelled the item and expect money in 1-2 days to be refunded and Im not willing to MY money with you people another day. This is my 1st time buying with url and it will be the last, i will ensure that [URL Removed] gets a bad rep for this.
