A bit disappointed at the current service

I placed 2 orders over the weekend and paid for them with the same card I have been ordering goods from Kalahari for the past year and a bit. The one order said that it will be delivered on 20 November 2013, acceptable as the one item said 6 days to deliver. Then I placed another order for a DVD (order number: a1000715597) which said 24 hours to deliver. The due date was set at 12 November 2013. It is now 14 November 2013 and after 2 unanswered emails I called the call centre and was told that my payment was only allocated today and delivery will occur tomorrow??? This is the first time I have had problems with delivery as I have bough numerous items previously with the same card and find it unacceptable that the payment has taken 4 days to be allocated. This item was meant as a gift and is now late due to the late delivery. I also received and email that my other order will be delayed (1000710876). Please confirm when both these orders will be delivered as they have been paid for and I expect delivery on said dates. Thank you.
