I have placed an order for Bed cover and Ottoman towards the end of October. Mid November I phoned to confirm when will the order be delivered. Confirmation was that the delivery will be done the following week. Miraculously, I received the Bed cover and the bill for two items (Bed cover Ottoman). I phoned to query, very unfriendly agent gave me a way to get off, telling me the deliveries will be sent separately since the Ottoman fall under furniture. To date I haven't received the order for Ottoman, each time when i phone I'm informed that it's on it's way. Last week I phoned the Call centre and informed them I wont be paying for something I don't have. They apologies and confirmed that they will make sure I get my delivery as it is in their courier company in Gauteng. Today I phoned again and I was informed that the Ottoman was sent to Gauteng on 08 Nov 13 but I haven't received it.
