Deliver on the date stated

So after placing an order for a game I received a mail stating that my order was dispatched on 13 November 2013 and that delivery would be on 14 November 2013. I was thoroughly impressed as it meant my order would be over nighted to me. Today, 14 November 2013, I checked the status of my order and delivery was still set to 14th. Upon checking the tracking info I noticed the order was still in Cape Town at 8am today which most probably meant I would not receive my order today (14 November 2013). Contacted the call centre who confirmed game would be delivered on the 15th or on the 18th. It seems Kalahari lacks the concept of time/dates and what they mean. If you tell the customer one thing stick to it and if it changes inform the customer instead of the customer having to check up.

I freed up the day today to make sure that when the courier arrives the item can be picked up and now have to free up tomorrow as well and possibly Monday to make sure I receive my game. This is the second time in the course of a few months that you guys have messed up delivery on my orders and wasted my time. Items paid for but not delivered as expected and no choice but to wait.
