On the 28/11/2013, I ordered online from Red Square and the delivery terms were 2-5 working days, I called on the 04/12/2013, to check when the item will be delivered as this was intended as a gift. It was only brought to my attention when I called in, that there is no stock available and that, they have to cancel the order. I have even received an email from Redsquare stating this, and that my account will be credited. I called the customer care no. on the 06/12/2013 to check when the credit will be done, and the consultant's words to me were "Eissh". I also spoke to other consultants, and all off them said that they will get back to me, I'm still waiting for their call.
I eventually bought the item myself from a Redsquare store personally and it was even cheaper, R 100.00 cheaper than the online price.
To top it all, Redsquare has finally delivered the "cancelled order" today which is the 09/12/2013. Eissh
I have called them and informed them, which is a waste of time and money.

Buying online, one would think it will be convenient and cost effective. Well definitely not with Redsquare.
