Subject: Complaint about Delivery: Track No. 00519045
Please can I have an explanation to the following incident:
On 2013/11/11 a delivery (with 3/4 items) was made to my residence, but was not handed over to my wife by the courier company but via the complex's gardening services. Apparently because she was not at home at the time, it seemed acceptable to hand over the package to a complete stranger?
Today (2013/11/20), my wife was at home and one more item required delivery. Upon their arrival, with the outstanding item, she was given less than a minute to answer the door, then promptly moved off to the neighbours house, but she had managed to catch up with them, before they could hand over the goods to the neighbours perhaps?
Unacceptable behaviour from the courier service. We expect a high level of service from Kalahari and we pay a lot of money for these items and expect them to be delivered securely to our residence and with none of the above scenario's. I do understand that that it is not [URL Removed] that is directly to blame for this, but my email was blatantly ignored.
