I purchased an item online from [URL Removed] on 5/08/13. Prior to paying for the order I emailed Paul to confirm the colour of the item. He confirmed the colour and made no mention of not having stock.
Once I paid for the item (using my credit card details), I received an email from Paul [Email Removed] stating that they were having a problem locating stock of the item. On 19/08/13, he confirmed that he could not get stock. I then requested that I be refunded the amount of R1190-00 that I paid. On 23/08/13, I was assured by Paul that i would be refunded within a few days.
It is now 3 weeks later. he is not responding to my emails. He has taken my money but not delivered the item. That is called!!!
