I have been a WW client for as long as anybody else. I have a Future payment setup on my bank acct to pay my account on the 1st of every monty. 99% of the time the amount is more than the minimum due. I have never had anyone phoning me to thank me for that, or ask me if they can pay me that money back or even send me a sms to tell that I have paid more than I should have. BUT, the end of October the amount due was R69.00 more than the setup amount which I was unaware of. I received a sms after the 10th of Nov to remind me of that. I did not pay any attention to that, just adjusted the amount for the 1st of December. The 18th I received another sms to tell me I am in arrears. On the 28th at 7:30pm, while having supper, a COLLECTION company phoned me to speak to me regarding payment arrangements for this amount of R69.00. THIS IS EMBARRASSING, REFLECTS BAD ON MY ACCOUNT and BAD ACCOUNTING. I am not making a habit of paying late or less. They do the same when it is the 1st of January. They should differentiate between these incidents and people making a habit of not paying. I am going to pay the full amount and WILL NEVER buy anything, not even a sweet from WW again.
