RESPONSIBILITY

I have a personal loan with my bank (FNB)... my account has fallen into arrears and i made an arrangement with them while i was on maternity leave to pay a minimum amount of R500, but they continued to debit the full amount as well as the minimum payment i arranged to pay. now my account is handed over, but yet again i am paying the full amount as well the minimum amount i arranged to pay in the first place. i have been trying to contact to get clarify about this amounts i am paying and i have not spoken to anyone who has answers to my query all these numbers i have calling, dont provide me with any solution
