Unfair treatment

Good day, Hellopeter.

My name is Zanele Mkhonza, I have a loan account at woolworths. One of the consultants phoned me to say that, I have been alloated a discounted payment on my loan. Therefore she told me it is now going to be R3 760, I was supposed to pay that amount on the 08 December 2012. I then went to the shop and told them that I won't be able to pay the amount agreed upon due to late payment. They told me its ok, as long as I will pay the full amount. I then paid on the 12 as the money got in on the 10 of December 2012. They now telling me that I failed to pay the money so I have to pay another R2 430.00, instead of me paying R28.00. The lady who called me was not clear I only heared R3760 yet it was supposed to be R3786. Please assist because I told them that I'm nolonger working and the person who was paying for me is also self employed. I sent them an affidavid to state all what i'm saying now, but all in vain. What must I do. Please assist.
