The cashier rung up the the incorrect airtime voucher and i highlighted it to the manager that i had told the cashier i wanted telkom mobile (8ta) but the cashier gave me the telkom landline airtime, i told her i did not want a refund i just wanted the mistake to be rectified i told her i was going to complain and she told me to proceed so i have proceeded to do so..
