I can't remember the cashier's name at this moment that helped me on 29 April 2013, but would regocnize his face immediatly. i was buying some stuff and on paying, he ask me if I don't want airtime as well. I said yes, and ask for R100 airtime (MTN). He told me he can only give me 2 times R50 airtime. I told him its fine. On arrival at home, I punch in the first R50 voucher. Instead I got 200 sms's. I tried the next voucher and again I got 200 sms's. I phoned MTN customer services and ask them if they can rather give me R100 airtime and explain to them the situation and what must I do with 400 sms's, and that I used whatsup or BBM to communicate with my contacts, once in a while I would use a sms, and 400 sms's is too much. MTN told me I must go back to the shop and they must refund me, because it wa their mistake. I went to Clicks. waited there for quite a while because the cashier was on a tea break. On his return, the person in charge explain to him and that it was his mistake and that he must refund me and not the shop. He would'nt and the manager was called. The manager told me that they can't refund me because the vouchers was already loaded on my phone.
