Poor cashier/mgt response to technical issue

Thursday 5 Sep between 4 and 5 pm, I visited this spar to buy some groceries and R200 8ta airtime. I went to cashier C0003 according to the receipt (no names) who scanned the items, billed me for the airtime and accepted my card payment. She then gave me a receipt, with no airtime and went on to scan the next customers goods. Confused, I searched the receipt for airtime codes and found none. midway through serving these people she says to me "be with you now, the airtime did not print" and calls a guy that must be a manager who says "I have never seen this before" and disappeared. After serving another 2 customers, the disinterested cashier went off somewhere and was scolded by a blonde woman for leaving customers waiting. Note that I was waiting for about 10 minutes by now and it was not me she was talking about. They were happy to let me walk off without my airtime after taking my payment and then also happy to leave me standing there because "customers were waiting". eventually, they offered to pay me R100 cash and R100 airtime (I did not pay cash). dissatisfied, I asked for whatever they could give me worth R200 and left. I recommend no one go to that spar ever. waste of time.
