This unmitigated drama with [URL Removed] return department has now become dangerously serious.
My query with their returns and/or customer service centre is now entering its 9th week and I am utterly disgusted.
Order number 5587442 refers. My iPhone 5 broke whilst under warranty and I spent most of October trying to get the product returned to [URL Removed] which was unbelievably stressful.
Now, almost a month later I have no idea what is going on with my return. None. It is me that has to phone and nag and demand service from [URL Removed] and it is unacceptable.
Do not send me another computer generated letter with another CRM number from another random sales person!
I want the following information:
1. Where is my iPhone?
2. What is wrong with it?
3. Can it be repaired?
4. If so, EXACTLY when can I expect it returned?
5. If it can't be fixed, when will I receive a refund and to what value is the refund?
These are basic and simple questions that should be forthcoming from [URL Removed] but alas, no.
