Good day,
I just came into rynfield super spar to buy airtime we asked the lady at the counter for R59 vodacom n our way out the shop we saw she gave us R60 mtn we went back to the same teller and she refused to exchange it! I see on our receipt it says "please retain this voucher as proof of purchase as no refunds will be done without this voucher. ". We gave her proof and she said spar doesn't take back airtime! I understand that mistakes are made but they should be fixable!
